The
Riding Academy has been teaching riding to children and adults for over
thirty years. The foundation of our lessons is Huntseat, the basics to
many types of English riding. We teach beginner to advanced levels for
both child and adult. When our students are ready to move up we provide
a full spectrum of the Huntseat disciplines.

INSTRUCTION FOR THE RIDER
Here at Carriage Hill Farm we have a team of instructors/trainers that
can meet the needs of almost every rider. Together we will determine
how to best help you achieve your goals. Your instructor will create an
individual program based on your objectives.
We provide safe and experienced school horses for all levels. You may
also choose to full or half lease a horse, a good first step before
making the commitment involved in owning a horse. When you do decide
you are ready to own your own horse, we can assist in the process.
TRAINING FOR YOUR HORSE
Our dedicated trainers create a customized training program for your
horse - young or experienced. Trailer-ins are always welcomed for
training.
A COMPREHENSIVE CHILDREN'S LESSON PROGRAM
Our program teaches children to master the basics of riding and to
build on those techniques to form a complete understanding of the
skills needed. In addition to learning to ride, children learn all
about horses and horsemanship.

ARLINGTON FARM'S BOARDING
High quality, full care horse boarding is offered at Arlington Farms in the Sunshine Meadows Equestrian Village.
Arlington Farm's owner, John Beebe, is well respected in the industry
and is dedicated to the well being of each and every horse. His 50
years of experience has given him a wealth of knowledge and
understanding very few will ever have. Arlington Farms gives expert
care & service with experienced grooms who live on the property to
provide 24 hour care. Veterinary, dental and farrier management is
provided as well.
The boarding facility features 50 12x12 CBS stalls. Every stall has
very good ventalation. The ample bedding is pine shavings and is
cleaned 3 times a day, 7 days a week. Grain is fed twice daily and hay
3 times a day based on needs of individual horses. Feed supplements are
managed and administered, too. Every horse is turned out 7 days a week
for 2+ hours each day in individual large paddocks. There are 4 tack
rooms, 3 wash stalls, and an air conditioned office/lounge.
The equestrian village sits on 170 acres and has 4 sand hunter/jumper
rings, 2 dressage rings and 1 Grand Prix grass ring. The rings are
maintained daily. USEF rated shows are held here regularly. There are
miles of trail riding.
Trailer parking is also provided on the property.
